Yes, I am eligible to complete the abbreviated Repeat Application. I also understand that if I do not submit my abbreviated Repeat Application within two years of my previous application submission date, it will be rejected and I will need to complete the full application.

Repeat Applicant Code

You will find your repeat applicant code in the “Exam Results Letter” that was posted to your portal if you sat for a bar exam. Otherwise, call the Board office at 651-297-1857 to receive your code.

Verify Application Age

I verify that I understand the requirements for submitting a repeat application and that my application will be rejected if I do not meet the requirements. No data will be saved if my application is rejected and I will need to complete a full application. I understand that time deadlines are strictly enforced and if my application is rejected because I do not meet the requirements, I will not receive a time extension to fully complete a new application.

If the date you submit the repeat application is more than two years after the date you submitted your last application to Minnesota, the system will reject your application and you will be required to start the process over on a new application. The information you entered will not be saved. Please ensure you have enough time to complete and submit your application before the time period has passed.

The timely filing deadline for the July exam is March 15 and the late filing deadline is May 1. The timely filing deadline for the February exam is October 15 and the late filing deadline is December 1. A late fee applies when filing after the timely filing deadline (except some repeat applicants). See Rule 12.
